As your Toastmaster I am your personal manager on the ground for the day. I will arrive early, liaise with the venue management, the caterers, the photographer and the entertainment.

I will ensure that all is in place and on schedule before your arrival and will meet and greet you and your guests at the entrance or wherever you feel is most appropriate, ensuring that refreshments are on-hand.

During the course of the function, be it a Wedding Breakfast or a Corporate or Civic event I will be there to advise and guide as necessary and to carry out your instructions. This includes (but is not limited to) forming a Receiving Line, announcing guests, checking timings for speeches, cutting the cake, assisting the photographer, arranging presentations of flowers or gifts and giving calming advice and support to nervous speakers.
